Preventing harm before it occurs
My experiences in the fire service profoundly shaped my career path.
They prompted me to delve into health and safety, driven by a deep desire to prevent harm before it even occurs. I don't want others to endure the loss and trauma I've witnessed, which fuels my motivation to share learnings and create simple, effective systems and tools.
Ingenious ideas for a safer future
Since 2002 I have gained leadership experience across complex, high-risk operational environments – including maritime, railways, industrial construction, science & research, and emergency services.
I bring a unique perspective. My ability to create original resources, documents, and 'outside the box' ideas to make health, safety, and wellbeing systems simple and logical for everyone.
